  • YOGA

    YOGA SLOWFLOW @lilycountryclub

    Slow down and unwind with a gentle relaxing flow to ease your body and mind. In this class we move through the entire body to soften some of the most common places that hold tension. This class is suitable for everyone.

    YOGA @spenstjessheim

    This class is scalable to all skill levels so every body can find flexibility, balance and strength. The class may vary from week to week, but it always includes a mindful accessible flow, moving with the breath.

  • POLE

    POLE FLOW

    Pole flow is a class open for all levels, though it is recommended that you have attended a POLE FITNESS 1 class first. In this class we flow through tricks and spins with fluid movements and transitions and put them together into a little combination/dance. Pole flow builds strength, flexibility, self-confidence as you explore what your body is capable of.

    HEELS BEGINNER

    This class is a choreographed class designed to discover the secrets on how to move in heels with confidence. With simple pole moves you will learn the basic techniques of dancing in heels and embracing your femininity. The choreography is simple and short with focus on lines, floor work, beautiful transitions, hair flicks and body awareness.

  • GROUP TRAINING

    BOSU STRENGTH/CARDIO @spenstjessheim

    This class is a thrilling, effective and challenging class with beat-driven choreography where every other song is cardio /strength exercises. This class will improve your balance, coordination and mobility as you build strength and get your heart rate up. We use the BOSU ball and optional additional weights. This class is suitable for those who are used to working out.

    STEP/STRENGTH @spenstjessheim

    This class is a full cardio workout that automatically tones up the butt and thighs as you get your heart rate up. In this class you can expect a mixture of upbeat stepping and powerful strength exercises. We use additional weights and it’s a fun, uplifting full-body workout leaving you feeling strong and satisfied.

  • BARRE

    BARRE

    Barre @lilycountryclub

    This class blends cardio, strength training, flexibility, mobility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout. Barre is inspired by ballet moves with graceful movements that lengthen and strengthen muscles as you burn calories. Sometimes we use small balls, resistance bands or dumbbells alongside bodyweight. The class is mostly a low-impact workout that focuses on proper alignment. The workout targets the hips, glutes, abs and arms, and is suitable for anyone up for it.

  • HIIT training

    High Intensity Interval Training @lilycountryclub

    This class incorporates several rounds of short high-intensity cardio bursts,- usually not more than 20 seconds,- fallowed by a brief period of rest. This allows you to complete a workout that delivers substantial fitness results in only 30 min! The class combines strength and cardio and the equipment varies and is instructed from class to class. A fun and super effective class suitable for everyone up to challenge the body and mind.
